The IC Memo Kit is a digital download: an 8-section investment-memo template, three fully-worked sample memos (all using fictional companies), a stage-weighted deal-screening scorecard, and a cap-table / exit-return model. The optional $349 tier adds a 45-minute template-application session. These are structured templates and tools for making your own investment judgment explicit; they are not, and do not include, investment, legal, or tax advice, and they do not recommend any security.
During the current interim period, payment is not yet wired to instant checkout: you submit an order request and we email payment instructions and the download within one business day. Once paid checkout is live, the download is delivered instantly by the merchant-of-record on confirmed payment. If we fail to deliver a paid kit within five business days, you are entitled to a full refund.
14-day refund on the download. Because the kit is a digital product delivered in full at purchase, please review the free sample memo and the on-page calculator and scorecard before buying — they show you exactly what the kit contains. If, within 14 days of purchase, the kit is not what this site described, reply to your receipt (or email inha.journey@gmail.com) and we will refund the download in full, no interrogation.
The 45-minute session on the $349 tier is refundable in full any time before the session takes place; once the session has been delivered, that portion is non-refundable. The kit portion of a bundle remains covered by the 14-day download refund above.
Flat fee only. There are no success fees, recurring charges, or hidden costs.
Your purchase is a single-user license to use the templates and tools for your own investment work, including memos you write for your fund or syndicate. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the kit's files as a competing product. Multi-seat / team licenses are available on request.
When paid checkout is enabled, payment is handled by a third-party merchant-of-record (e.g. Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy) that collects any applicable VAT / sales tax and issues your receipt. Teams may request an invoice or bank wire.
Everything in the kit is educational. The scorecard and models are deterministic calculators that operate on inputs you supply; they make your judgment explicit and comparable but do not produce a buy/pass verdict on any real company, and the $349 session never renders one either. All sample companies and numbers are fictional and illustrative. Nothing here creates an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship, and nothing is a solicitation to buy or sell a security.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for investment outcomes, decisions, or losses arising from your use of the templates or tools.
